You could control lights and music on the light display panels with Amazon’s Alexa. The thermostats could be controlled with your smartphone. The Café Smart Oven could be turned on using Alexa, too! Not surprisingly, the seller works in the tech industry and loved these modern conveniences. Apparently, buyers loved these features, too, because the condo was on the market for barely 6 days before it received multiple offers.
